The front of the GLC is both modern and elegant, with a stardust-style mesh pattern and an open-format crossbar on the grille. The premium headlights are accented by an upper LED bar. The lower fascia and bumper trend inward for a sporty touch.

Conversely, the Macan has a more aggressive side definition with a sharp accent line running across the door panels. The rear is steeply raked while the hood tapers sharply into a short, curved nose. The headlights have a triangular quality, while the wraparound grille has horizontal design elements.
